HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to understand employee concerns, feedback, and career aspirations.
  2. Preparing KRA and KPI for admin (Front Desk Executives/ Patient Communication Executives) & support staff.
  3. Managing attendance/leave employee wise and prepare details/data to be shared with the Finance department for the salary process.
  4. Prepare and deliver a module of induction process for new employees.
  5. To go through policies & procedures and regularly update the same.
  6. To make a comprehensive process for annual appraisal and its smooth accomplishment in coordination with management.
  7. Design and execute training plans for employees to enhance skills and performance.
  8. Preparing Offer Letters/Appointment letter/Experience Letter.
  9. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
  10. Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing necessary details to candidates and hiring teams.
  11. Oversee seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  12. Implement initiatives to foster a positive inclusive work culture.
  13. Ensure adherence to all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  14. Regularly update policies and procedures to align with evolving compliance standards.
  15. Manage off-boarding procedures with sensitivity and thoroughness and exit interview process.
  16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic HR initiatives.
  17. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.


Qualifications and Experience:

  1. MBA degree in Human Resources/Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare/ mental health setup/ startup space.
  3. Proven experience in conducting 1:1 sessions, training program development, and compliance management.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  5. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
