Do you possess a keen eye for detail and a knack for negotiating the best deals with suppliers? Paradigm Trends is seeking a talented Sourcing and Quality Specialist to join our team in Delhi NCR.


**Position Overview:**

As a Sourcing and Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our procurement process, overseeing both home textile and furniture categories. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing high-quality materials, establishing strong supplier relationships, and implementing rigorous quality control measures to maintain excellence across our product lines.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify, evaluate, and engage with reputable suppliers for home textile and furniture.

- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing agreements, and lead times with suppliers, ensuring optimal value and quality.

- Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, from sampling to final product delivery.

- Develop and implement robust quality control protocols to uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics, to streamline processes and achieve operational efficiency.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to home textile and furniture sourcing and quality assurance.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sourcing and quality assurance, preferably within a distinguished buying agency.

- Proven track record of successfully managing sourcing operations for home textile and/or furniture categories.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain strategic supplier relationships.

- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical prowess, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
