Key Responsibilities:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in .NET Full Stack development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and manage software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of .NET developers, QA engineers, and other key roles.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovation and problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are addressed effectively.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Implement best practices for software development and project management.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Utilize your .NET Full Stack expertise to provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Review code and architecture to ensure alignment with project goals and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a software development environment.
  • Proven experience in .NET Full Stack development (including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and related technologies).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
