SharePoint and Power Platform Developer

Location: Pune Tower B

Shift timings : 11am – 8pm IST


1. Project Overview : ​

APAC CAO team has developed multiple organizational level solutions which are based on Power Platforms with SharePoint as a basic database hosting solution, with REGAL being a critical solution.​

Other tech stacks used are PowerBI, PowerApps and PowerAutomate.​


2. Role:

Enhance, support, and develop applications and provide expertise to our internal solutioning teams.

Act as a consultant/SME to our inhouse developed solutions.

Participate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for Source Control

Create WebAPI services and client-side JavaScript and frameworks

Develop and configure workflows, security, search, and templating on Microsoft technologies.

Develop and support Power Automate solutions.

Implement security configuration using groups, roles and permissions.


4. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in Computer Science or related field.


5. Must have skills : 3-5 years in all below mandate skills

• 3 - 5 Years of experience with SharePoint and O365 development (Specifically Power Platforms)

• Strong software development skills with a solid understanding of project cycles, integrated development environments, and source control technologies.

• Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines.

• Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.


6. Nice To Haves :

• Experience with Azure infrastructure and services preferred

• Experience with DevOps (GitHub, BitBucket etc.). Azure DevOps experience

• Previous consulting experience a huge plus

• Microsoft certification(s) in SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure

• Agile experience

• Data Cleanup and management​

• Adhoc Reports corrections​

• Relevant data display issues​

• Intermittent workflows failures


Others

• Participate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for Source Control.

• Develop and support entire Power Platform Tech Stack and solutions.

• Perform Unit Tests of the code developed / enhanced.

• Attend daily standups.

• Participate in design review and discussions and perform peer review of the code developed by team members.
