The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver IT service projects from initiation to closure.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.Maintain strong client communication and provide regular status updates.Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.Support pre-sales activities including preparing project cost estimations, effort analysis, and proposals.Work closely with business and technical teams to create development plans, timelines, and resourcing for proposals and RFPs.Assist in solutioning discussions with clients and provide project feasibility insights.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects.Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Prior experience in pre-sales activities such as cost estimation, proposal preparation, and client solutioning will be a strong advantage.Experience in one or more of the following areas: - Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) - Cloud Technologies - Web & Mobile Application Development - Product EngineeringI
