Job Overview:
As the Paid Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid marketing efforts across a variety of digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and more. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue, and brand awareness. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to achieve business goals and continuously improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:
- Develop and lead the overall paid marketing strategy to drive key performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth audience segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right customers at the right time.
- Optimization & Performance Analysis:
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve performance and meet KPIs.
- Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and ad creatives for maximum performance.
- Use A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to determine the most effective messaging and creative formats.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members in developing their paid marketing skills and understanding of digital advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and data teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Own and manage the paid marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving key performance metrics.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and ensure that spending is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting:
- Lead the creation and presentation of detailed performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Use advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and custom dashboards) to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Regularly provide performance updates and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Market & Industry Trend Leadership:
- Stay current on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging paid advertising platforms and technologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure campaigns are optimized for industry-leading performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic, etc.) for a range of industries or clients.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid marketing metrics and KPIs, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Experience with advanced campaign optimization techniques, such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present findings to senior management.
