As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:Leading end-to-end recruitment delivery across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe from sourcing and interviews to client coordination, assessments, and placementsDriving business development initiatives in India, including identifying and engaging new clients, presenting proposals, and nurturing long-term partnershipsActing as a trusted advisor to clients by providing market insights, talent strategy recommendations, and leadership fit assessmentsCollaborating with international offices on multi-country mandates and client developmentContributing to the firm’s growth through mentoring, process improvement, and cross-functional initiativesYour Profile Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field5+ years of experience in recruitment (360° or client-facing roles), preferably within a search or consulting environmentProven track record of business development and client relationship managementExperience managing mid-to-senior-level hiring, including headhunting and market mappingExposure to international or APAC markets is an advantageExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsInterest in leveraging psychometric tools and structured assessments in recruitmentOur OfferBe part of a globally integrated boutique consulting firm with a values-driven approachOpportunity to work on cross-border mandates with high-quality international clientsCollaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values autonomy, initiative, and professional growthCompetitive remuneration and healthcare benefitsIf you are keen to explore this opportunity, please apply with your updated resume.
