Overview:

Join our dynamic team at The Brand Daddy, We are The Brands Transformation Agency where we unlock your brand's potential. We use creative magic to build a strong, clear message about your product or service, connecting you with the customers you were meant to help. Our team works closely with you to understand your vision, identify customer pain points, and craft a compelling story that showcases your solution with excellence. As a Content Creator , you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative content strategies across various social media platforms. 


Offer Details -

Requirement - Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as Content creator. We are strictly looking for people who have experience in Social Media Growth only. We prefer candidates who have handled multiple brands in an agency. Somebody who can ideate content and strategy for multiple brands at the same time and is pro-efficient.

Job type - Full time (In office)

Office Location - B-17,noida sec:3

Office timings - 10am to 6:00pm

Work days - Monday to Saturday

Salary - 30k-40k


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

  • Video Production: Create high-quality, engaging videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) that resonate with the target audience.
  • Photography & Graphics: Develop visually appealing photos and graphics to complement video content and social media posts.
  • Written Content: Craft compelling captions, blog posts, and other written materials that align with brand messaging and engage the audience

Influencer Marketing:

  • Audience Engagement: Build and maintain a strong relationship with followers, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with user-generated content.
  • Brand Collaboration: Work with brands to create sponsored content that aligns with both the brand’s and the influencer’s identity.
  • Content Planning: Plan and schedule regular content to maintain audience interest and growth, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Social Media Management:

  • Account Management: Oversee the daily management of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions.
  • Content Scheduling: Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic posting across all social media platforms.

Brand Development:

  • Voice & Tone: Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all content that aligns with the brand’s identity and values.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective.


Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts and enhancing social media engagement.
  • Experience in a marketing agency setting, particularly in digital marketing or content creation.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing and managing ads on platforms such as Meta and Google AdWords is a plus
  • Proficient in video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
