Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our healthcare services and products. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, social media, and public relations activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles within the healthcare industry with at least 5 years of experience with healthcare pharma products preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory environment and competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer behavior as far as Indian healthcare market is concerned, also the understanding of the health tourism.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy.
