A) Procurement of ESS Solution and associated components such as Battery Cells, PCS, Transformers, Cables, Busbasr, Switchgears, BMS, EMS etc

B) Vendor identification/ Vendor Development, Establish Supply Chain - Overseas and within India

C) Evaluate and Negotiate Commercial Contracts , Deliveries, Warranties, Spares, logistics, Issuing POs and post PO cordination till deliveries.

D) Imports/ Custom Clearance/ Documentations

E) Costing and cost reduction road map

F) Preparing MIS
