Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified IT professionals for various technical roles within our client organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of the domestic IT job market, recruitment processes, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to source and identify potential candidates for open IT positions.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates, ensuring visibility and reach.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing logistics to ensure a smooth process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and placements in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Offer Management: Assist in extending offers to candidates, negotiating terms, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically within the domestic market.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to close offers effectively.
