Structural Engineer with 15 years of experience in Highway, Metro, Railway, and Tunnel Projects.

Educational Qualification:

M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.


• 15 years in structural design and analysis.


• Minimum 10 years of experience in highway, metro, railway, and tunnel development projects.


• Experience in at least 2 large-scale infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, metro structures, or tunnels.


• Lead teams in handling mega projects involving multiple agencies and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and project execution.


• Supervise and mentor a team of 20+ engineers and technicians


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Educational Qualification:

Key Responsibilities are as followed:

1. Design and Analysis:


•Design various infrastructure structures in RCC, PSC, Structural Steel, and Composite Materials.


•Conduct preliminary, concept, and detailed design stages for diverse structural systems.


•Analyze structures using industry-standard methods and software.


•Utilize STAAD, MIDAS, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit for structural analysis and design.


•Design foundation systems for various structures, including shallow and deep foundations.


•Conduct geotechnical analysis using PLAXIS and MIDAS Foundation for design verification.


•Experience in preparing pre-feasibility, feasibility, and detailed project reports (DPR).

2. Specifications for Highway, Metro, Railway, and Tunnel Projects:


•Experience in highway road projects, including pavement design, grade-separated interchanges, and structural elements such as overpasses, underpasses, and viaducts.


•Knowledge of metro rail project specifications, including deatil design of elevated and underground metro structures, viaducts, cut and cover and station buildings.


•Expertise in detail design of railway infrastructure design, including track bridges, ROBs (Road Over Bridges), RUBs (Road Under Bridges), and station structures.


•Understanding of tunnel engineering, including TBM-driven tunnels, NATM tunneling methods, cut-and-cover tunnels, and tunnel lining design.


•Familiarity with materials and construction techniques specific to transportation infrastructure.

3. Project Management:


•Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget.


•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including geotechnical engineers, environmental specialists, and construction managers.


•Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.


•Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:


• Proficiency in STAAD, MIDAS, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.


• Strong knowledge of Indian Standards, AISC, ACI, AASHTO, and other international codes.


• Expertise in designing various structural systems, including high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, and metro structures.


• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced computational design techniques.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
