Position Overview:

As a Cloud Solutions Architect / Full Stack Developer at Hvantage Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in designing and developing cloud-based solutions that are scalable, reliable, and efficient. This dual-role position requires expertise in cloud development and DevOps practices along with strong technical skills in .NET Core, Angular, SQL databases, Azure Functions, API Management, and Redis Cache. You will work on projects that directly impact business performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud & Full Stack Application Development:

  • Architecture & Design:
  • Architect and design robust cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop end-to-end applications using .NET Core for backend services and Angular for the frontend.
  • Leverage industry-standard design patterns (e.g., Singleton, Factory, Observer) to create maintainable and scalable systems.
    • Application Development:
    • Develop and maintain web applications ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient performance.
    • Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support distributed systems.
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Database Design & Management:

  • Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
  • Integrate databases with cloud solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.

Azure Cloud & DevOps:

  • Develop and manage Azure Functions to build serverless applications that scale automatically based on demand.
  • Implement and manage Azure API Management to secure and expose backend services.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation, version control (using Git), and continuous integration.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud solutions.

Caching & Performance Optimization:

  • Integrate Redis Cache to optimize application performance, reduce latency, and enhance data retrieval speeds.
  • Monitor and optimize application and database performance to ensure minimal downtime and high availability.

Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Document technical designs, data models, API specifications, and system architecture.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of code and development practices to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades.

Agile & DevOps Practices:

  • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Cloud Expertise:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, serverless architecture, and Azure DevOps.

Full Stack Development:

  • Extensive experience (minimum 5+ years) with .NET Core and related frameworks for backend development.
  • Solid proficiency in Angular for building responsive, high-performance web applications.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Database Skills:

  • Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

API Management & Caching:

  • Hands-on experience with Azure API Management for securing and managing APIs.
  • Expertise in using Redis Cache for improving application performance.

DevOps & Tools:

  • Proficient in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Strong familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) or related cloud technologies.
  • Experience with additional frontend frameworks or libraries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
