Job Description:

We are looking for a Google Analytics & Tag Manager Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). The ideal candidate has successfully executed 20+ GA & GTM implementations and possesses strong expertise in tracking, event setup, and troubleshooting.


📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Local Candidates Preferred)

📌 Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)


Key Responsibilities:


Google Analytics (GA4):

  • Implement and configure GA4 tracking for user behavior, conversions, and advanced reporting.
  • Set up custom dimensions, event tracking, and enhanced measurement in GA4.
  • Analyze website and app performance to provide actionable insights.


Google Tag Manager (GTM):

  • Design and deploy custom tracking solutions using GTM.
  • Implement tracking for third-party tools such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing platforms.
  • Debug and troubleshoot tracking issues using tools like Tag Assistant and DebugView.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in GA4 and GTM.
  • Successfully executed 20+ implementations of GA and GTM for tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of event and custom tracking, conversion setup, and UTM parameter analysis.
  • Experience with eCommerce tracking, form submissions, and cross-domain tracking.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certification.
  • Hands-on experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation tracking.
  • Understanding of BigQuery and SQL is a plus.
