Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with expertise in Skilled Visa Australia processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all post-sales operations, leading a dedicated team, ensuring documentation accuracy, and overseeing eligibility checks, petition filing, and visa lodgments for Australia and other regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team handling post-sales activities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and align objectives.
  • Provide training to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact during the post-sales process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Documentation and Eligibility:
  • Oversee the collection and organization of client documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct eligibility checks, focusing on Skilled Visa Australia requirements.
  • Petition Filing and Visa Lodgements
  • Manage the preparation and filing of petitions, emphasizing Australian Skilled Visa applications.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations, especially for Australia.
  • Oversee visa lodgment processes for the USA, Australia, and UAE.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior management.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Prepare reports on operational activities for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in business immigration or Skilled Visa Australia processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and processes, particularly for Skilled Visas in Australia.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
