The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce customization, integrations, and DevOps practices, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Development Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Configure and customize Service Cloud features including case management, knowledge base, Omni-Channel, and service console.Integration Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and platform events.DevOps & Deployment Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps. Manage version control (Git) and automated deployments across multiple environments.Performance & Quality Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.Required Skills & QualificationsSalesforce Expertise Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud configuration and customization.Technical Skills Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.DevOps Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and automated deployment strategies.Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Service Cloud ConsultantSoft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work in an agile environment.Nice-to-HaveExperience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Bots, or Field Service Lightning.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
