The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, monitoring website performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, optimizing product listings, implementing e-commerce marketing strategies, coordinating with customer service teams, and fostering sales growth through digital platforms. The selected candidate will also handle data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.QualificationsProficiency in E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online retail strategiesStrong Sales skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targetsEffective Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional user experienceExcellent Analytical Skills for monitoring sales data, market trends, and customer behaviorAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaborativelyExperience in Ayurveda-focused industries or wellness sectors is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.Must have graphic design and video editing skills using adobe photoshop, indesign and illustrator
