Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate at eBuildBazaar Platforms in Gurugram. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for HR management, operations, training & development, and effective communication within the organization.


Skills & Experience

Candidates with differing experience levels anywhere between 2-7 years are welcome to apply - the position, pay and responsibilities shall be allocated accordingly. However, we expect all candidates to know the required set of skills which include -

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Staff Training & Development
  • Recruitment practices on Job Posting platforms
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Interview Scheduling and Email & Calendar invites
  • Employee life-cycle HR Documentation including Employment docs, Payroll, and so on.
  • Various soft skills including effective communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


It is important to note that most skills can also be taught on the job under a training period, but it's imperative for the candidate to bring in optimism, sincerity and a growth mindset while showing up for the firm.
