Job Summary:


The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, conducting outbound sales calls, managing CRM, and preparing sales reports through MIS management. The role involves driving sales growth by actively reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales, while ensuring accurate data management.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:


• Research and identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.

• Build a list of prospective clients through various sources, such as online databases, social media, and networking events.

• Qualify leads and prioritize them for follow-up based on potential value.


Outbound Sales Calling:


• Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce the company’s products and services to potential clients.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects, addressing their needs and concerns.

• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified leads, working towards closing sales.


CRM Management:


• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead information, sales activity records, and follow-up tasks.

• Track the progress of leads and sales opportunities through the CRM system.

• Generate insights from CRM data to help refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.


MIS Management:


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including lead status, sales metrics, and conversion rates.

• Use MIS data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and new sales opportunities.

• Provide data-driven insights to the sales manager to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.


Sales Pipeline Management:


• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects.

• Track the sales funnel stages and move leads through the pipeline efficiently.

• Monitor key sales metrics, including conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.


Collaboration & Coordination:


• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing.

• Participate in sales team meetings and share updates on progress and key learnings.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (especially Excel).

• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
