Experience Level :

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time and ensure all issues are properly logged

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools and environments.


Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Candidate should possess excellent verbal & written communication in English.

• Should be willing to work in a 24x7 operational environment.

• Monitoring of IT systems, applications, networks, servers & Cluster etc.

• Should have good presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently within clearly defined parameters and accordingly take decisions.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations with a sense of ownership & accountability.

• Reporting, co-ordination, escalation for resolution of alarms.

• Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on systems and networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution).

• Scheduled/ preventive maintenance management, start/All clear notifications to stake holders.

• Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for ITOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.

• Tier-1 support and troubleshooting of faults, alarms.

• Interface with other departments/vendors on network problems and follow through to resolution. • Daily, weekly, monthly report generation.

• Troubleshooting L1

• Implementing and monitoring systems security products and procedures

• Monitoring infrastructure environments and application services; identify issues according to SOPs and experience, escalate identified issues for resolution when necessary.
