Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Specialist who excels in both recruitment and general HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech recruitment, with an understanding of roles related to AI, ML, and Full-Stack development. As an HR generalist, you’ll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align candidates with the skills needed for roles such as AI engineers, full-stack developers, data scientists, and business analysts.
  • Leverage sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, and campus hiring programs.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.

2. HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and company culture.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance reviews, and policy implementation.
  • Maintain HR compliance and ensure alignment with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.

3. Employee Development & Retention:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company values and encourages innovation and collaboration.

4. HR Strategy & Analytics:

  • Develop data-driven recruitment and HR strategies based on metrics and industry trends.
  • Analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement in employee retention, satisfaction, and productivity.

5. Culture Building:

  • Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and other employee engagement events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Full-stack development, and data science roles.
  • Proficient in HR software and recruitment tools like ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
