Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Java and related technologies to lead our technical team in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java development and experience working with React, Spring Boot, and Cloud(azure).


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale software applications using Java and related technologies
  • Ensure that software applications meet the required standards of quality, security, and scalability
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java development
  • In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, including its features, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience with Spring boot, React, Cloud(azure)
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
