We build and execute end-to-end brand narratives for reputed brands across verticals. Rediffusion and Everest Media have been acquired by Mogae Media since 1st May 2021. Role Description

An experienced and visionary National Creative head - Copy to lead our creative team and drive the development of innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. The National Creative head - Copy will be responsible for shaping the creative direction, overseeing the execution of projects, and ensuring that our brand visual identity and messaging are consistently compelling and on-brand. The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will lead for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd. You will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, developing cutting-edge copy concepts, and ensuring exceptional creative output that resonates with our clients' target audiences on a national level.

Responsibilities

·        Ability to understand brand briefs, tonality and communication structure of the brand.

·        Adaptive and willing to leverage the opportunity of writing copy for various categories, markets and audiences.

·        Craft effective copy for various platforms.

·        Obsessed with grammar and proofreading.

·        Be an important part of Rediffusion's collaborative culture and work with cross functional teams.

·        Present ideas to clients clearly and effectively.

·        Most importantly, love the craft and advertising.

·        Meet clients every couple of months to understand satisfaction with creative strategy and execution and build relationship

·        Nurture and inspire team members to bring out their best.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of current trends and best practices in copywriting.
  • Present creative concepts to clients with clarity, enthusiasm, and persuasive storytelling.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the agency's overall growth strategy.


Qualifications

·        15+ years' of social media copy writing experience

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Proven track record of creating award-winning and strategically sound copy across various media platforms.

·        A passion for language and a keen eye for detail.

·        Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

·        Effectively head a team of Copywriters.

·        Leadership skills and an eye for talent.
