Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering business requirements, and assessing business processes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions. The Business Analyst will also play a key role in implementing and optimizing systems and processes to drive business growth and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors/MBA/Engineering and experience in business accounting, finance or related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business analysis and gathering business requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of business processes


Prior Experience:

Min 2-3 years of experience as business analyst. Extensively worked into evaluating systems, streamlining processes, analyzing data, presenting and evaluating key data insights leading to improvements in terms of productivity, efficiency and profitability.


Required Technical Skills:

-      Proficiency in SQL

-      Familiarity with programming languages like Python

-      Visualization tool such as Power BI and Tableau

-      Advanced excel.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • It is crucial for this role to have extensive knowledge and experience in data and analytical systems, such as those used in visualization, data science, and database management.
  • Research, find, and implement an efficient and often innovative solution to various business problems across the organization
  • Analyze data, create dashboards and reports, present business insights and suggest metrices/factors for performance improvements.
  • Creating and implementing business processes that improve efficiency and productivity across multiple business units.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting analytical systems, the role of the business analyst is always heavily focused on optimization.
  • Must be an expert communicator and storyteller, interpreting and translating data into actionable insights.
