What We Expect from You


 Preparation of Annual Operating Budget (AOP) and Monthly/quarterly forecasts and

assume responsibility of all submission to BU FP&A and Sector Commercial when

needed.

 Driving the key KPI driven PL improvements tracks with the relevant business and

Business Finance Teams.

 Coordinates & Challenge financial inputs/ assumptions with multiple stakeholders

across different functions- Sales, HR, R&D, controllership etc.

 Reviews financials with Category finance leads

 4-5+ years of experience in finance and planning

 Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and

planning processes


Qualifications:


 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred.

 Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
