• Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 20 QA engineers, including performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Allocate tasks and manage team resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Actively participate in both manual and automated testing activities.
  • Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for various applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, with a focus on using TOSCA or other automation tools.
  • Create and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that encompass both manual and automated testing.
  • Ensure that test coverage aligns with project requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of test results, report issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve defects.
  • Lead the design and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize TOSCA or other automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of automated test scripts.
  • Implement and enforce QA best practices, methodologies, and standards.
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all releases meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective test coverage and resolution of issues.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and potential risks.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and reviews to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
