Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Technology Educator to join our team at BitDegree. This role involves delivering engaging and effective IT training programs, mentoring students, and providing career guidance to enhance their professional development. The Technology Educator will play a key role in fostering a supportive learning environment and preparing students for success in the technology industry. This position is based in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive IT training programs using innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide personalized mentoring and career guidance to students, helping them develop technical skills and achieve their career goals.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and update instructional materials, including course outlines, handouts, and assessments, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate Learning: Conduct interactive workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions to engage students and facilitate learning.
  • Career Services: Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to enhance their employability.
  • Coordinate Training Activities: Manage training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate student progress, collect feedback, and make improvements to training programs as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Educator, or Mentor within the education or training industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teaching Ability: Ability to effectively convey complex technical information and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students.
