With a foundation in film marketing, we excel in creating buzz and viral moments for movie launches and corporate events. Our innovative and advanced technology-driven strategies have garnered worldwide attention, such as executing India's first-ever drone show for the movie Brahmāstra. Our 15+ years of experience allow us to manage all aspects of event production, from conceptualization to logistics. With a team of over 25 people and 100+ global clients, we design events that engage all the senses, making your brand story shine through unique, multidimensional experiences.
Role Description
The Client Servicing Manager (Events) is a full-time, on-site role located in mumbai. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling client services from pre-event planning to post-event evaluation. The candidate will oversee event execution, coordinate with various teams, and ensure that every detail aligns with the client's vision and goals. Responsibilities also include addressing client inquiries, providing timely updates, and resolving any issues to maintain a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience in event management or a related field
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
