Role Description

The Knottt Events & Weddings, a wedding and event planning company in Chennai, is seeking an Event Architect/Interior Designer for a full-time on-site role. The Event Architect/Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and executing events that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and meet client specifications. This role requires close collaboration with clients, vendors, and other event planning professionals.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Freshers or 1+ years of professional experience in event planning, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and executing events, including but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, and private events.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD), sketching, rendering, and other design software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
  • Should be capable of making high Professional 3D Render Views for Event Designs
  • Key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals.
  • Utilize computer applications in the design process.
  • Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
  • Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
  • Proficiency in Software Knowledge of 3DS Max, VRAY, Google Sketchup, AutoCAD, Illustrator or similar design software.
