Job Details:
As an Enterprise Learning Skill Director within the Technology group, you will lead and strategize the growth of this vertical. You will lead solutioning efforts, create impactful proposals, manage client interactions, manage budgets and lead an Enterprise Learning team. This role requires close collaboration with other teams with the organization to ensure quality technology delivery. You will also have significant exposure and interaction with international clients, ensuring their needs and global standards are met in the product offerings. Your leadership will drive innovation, user engagement, and technical excellence in the LMS to support global learning initiatives.
Must Have Skills/Competencies:
Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Enterprise Learning group.
Collaborate with senior leadership in IT and the Content Division to align technical solutions with educational goals.
Guide the implementation of innovative features to improve learning experiences and operational efficiencies.
Collaboration with Content Division:
Work closely with the Content Division to ensure seamless integration of learning materials, courses, and multimedia resources into the LMS.
Partner with content creators to adapt learning modules for different international markets and client needs.
Oversee the quality control of content delivery and its technical compatibility with the LMS.
International Client Interaction:
Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients, understanding their needs and expectations regarding learning solutions.
Customize LMS solutions to align with global client standards, regulatory requirements, and cultural differences.
Ensure client satisfaction through timely support, feedback collection, and ongoing enhancements of the LMS platform.
Technology Development:
Lead cross-functional teams within the technology group to manage the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the LMS.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in e-learning, content management, and user experience (UX) to ensure the LMS remains cutting-edge.
Drive the adoption of scalable, secure, and cloud-based solutions for a global user base.
Data & Analytics:
Oversee the integration of analytics tools to track learner engagement, content effectiveness, and platform performance.
Provide regular reports on LMS usage, learner progress, and product success to key stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills/Competencies:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (14+ years) managing or leading learning management systems.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working with content creators, instructional designers, or educational teams.
Exposure to and experience working with international clients across different cultures.
Expertise in cloud-based learning platforms, e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI), and mobile learning solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and international clients.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Additional Considerations:
Experience in managing a globally distributed team is a plus.
Knowledge of multiple languages or cultural adaptability is highly valued.
Understanding of global educational trends and regulatory requirements for LMS usage across different regions.
