Position: Key Account ManagerDesignation: Assistant Manager / Deputy ManagerExperience: 5-12 yearsLocation: MumbaiRoles and Responsibility:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability targets for key accounts.Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report on key account performance against targets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of key account strategies.Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with key accounts and manage overall contract compliance.Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as necessary.Customer Insights: Gather and analyse customer insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of managing key accounts. Should have knowledge of South India market.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
