Roles & Responsibility

  • Completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechatronics/computer science or comparable experience in the field of vehicle development, preferably in software development for vehicle functions.
  • Strong knowledge of agile development methods
  • Experience in the field of product safety, e.g. ISO 26262, ISO 21448, for example worked as a project safety manager or safety engineer in the context of development projects.
  • Experience with ALM/software management tools
  • Experience in complete automotive software development lifecycle
  • Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary and international project teams
  • Knowledge of development processes, also in connection with ASPICE software development, is desirable
  • Good knowledge C++ , MISRA compliance, SW Architecture
  • Responsible for mentoring and overseeing the activities of the assigned team with an aim to improve the overall competency of the CoC FuSa team technically and align with management strategy
  • Proficient in German and English

Must to have

  • Hands–on experience in ISO26262 Part 3,4, 6 and 9
  • Experience in safety analysis
  • Good understanding of systems like ePowertrain, Powernet, Gateway


Nice to have

  • Relevant Functional Safety Certifications from TUV or any similar organizations.
  • Familiar with Safety Analysis(FMEA, FTA, FMEDA etc.).
  • Experience in complete ECU development cycle

  • UG [B.Tech/B.E.] (ECE,EEE) with expert in Functional Safety ISO26262
  • PG [M.Tech/M.E.(Electrical / Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent) -with vast experience in ISO26262
