We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Mortgage Loan Processing Services to USA clients from Mortgage Lending industry.
Position Overview: As a Manager – US Mortgage Loan Processing, you will play a pivotal role in nationwide real estate, overseeing the process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass hands-on management of the loan process and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions. You will work closely with lenders, brokers, correspondents, vendors, and other key players in the real estate industry, demonstrating autonomy and proficiency in handling the Company’s growing pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee will fulfill Processing duties, managing the real estate loan process from inception to closing using detailed workflows. Additionally, the role involves:
- Analyzing credit and background for each file to ensure their loan profile falls within clients’ guidelines.
- Work closely with other team members, including loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents, to facilitate seamless communication and coordination throughout the loan processing life cycle.
- Ordering and reviewing appraisal, title, and insurance. Making sure each vendor has the correct loan terms to ensure a smooth closing.
- Interfacing and communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing and underwriting tasks.
- Coordinating timelines with borrower’s title companies, insurance agents, appraisers, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary information.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance, answering queries, and guiding them through the loan application process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and update loan application pipelines, tracking the status of each application, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively addressing issues to ensure timely processing.
- Continuously evaluate and refine loan processing workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience.
- Understanding loan documents, mortgage processes, and loan origination systems to effectively manage workflows.
- Prepare and organize loan documentation, ensuring all required forms and contracts are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining effective communication on loan status with partners and coding and maintaining Salesforce information.
- Knowing your processing pipeline, identifying speed bumps, bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
- Assisting leadership with the preparation and distribution of loan-level data.
- Identifying and communicating risks and pitfalls to avoid when working through loan files.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security while handling personal information, both verbally and in written documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A range of 5 – 7 years of experience in US Mortgage Loan Processing and Closing
- Expert knowledge of real estate lending is essential.
- Master’s degree in finance, MBA, M. Com, or other post-Grad Degree in Finance.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Word, is required.
- Ability to make informed decisions and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate reports and documents.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic in achieving personal and company goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to maintain a well-structured workflow and easily retrieve information and documents as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to peak periods of heavy workload and pressure.

TIMINGS: IST 6:30pm to 3:30am
