🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorships with brands in alcohol, lifestyle, and tech.
  • Build long-term partnerships with influencers, artists, and agencies.
  • Create compelling brand integration strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and live events.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and sponsorship packages.
  • Track partnership performance and prepare reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor collaborations.
💡 Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing.
  • Strong network across alcohol, lifestyle, and tech industries (bonus if you’ve worked with festival or music brands).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative approach to branded content + sponsorship opportunities.
  • Organized, self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with creators, festivals, or lifestyle IPs.
  • Ability to spot fresh influencer talent before they blow up.
