We are looking for a talented and experienced Computer Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing advanced computer vision algorithms to power our sports analytics platform.


Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement computer vision algorithms to analyze and interpret sports performance metrics from video data.

- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and designers to integrate computer vision solutions into our sports analytics platform.

- Optimize and refine video processing pipelines to ensure accurate, real-time data analysis for live and recorded content.

- Develop real-time graphic overlays for live streams, enhancing the viewer experience with seamless visual integration.

- Provide technical leadership in the development and deployment of computer vision solutions, working closely with senior executives to align technology strategies with company vision.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning, continuously improving and adapting models and techniques.

- Balance the trade-offs between accuracy, speed, and computational resource efficiency in the development of computer vision models.

- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines specifically tailored to computer vision workflows.

- Deploy computer vision models on various platforms, including cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure), on-premises infrastructure, and edge devices like mobile platforms.

- Use modern data warehousing technologies to manage and analyze large datasets essential for computer vision tasks.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for computer vision model deployment, ensuring robust version control and continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate the integration of computer vision models into our systems.

- Utilize tools like Git, Sphinx, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Jira for efficient project management and collaboration.

- Work with video engineering teams to ensure compatibility and performance optimization of computer vision models with live streaming technologies.


Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning applications.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with computer vision libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Expertise in object detection, tracking, segmentation, and other computer vision techniques.

- Experience in deploying production-ready computer vision models and maintaining pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for integrating graphic overlays into live streams is a plus.

- Experience with cloud-native architectures on GCP, AWS, or Azure.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab for continuous integration and deployment.
