Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a strong background in the BFSI sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and align with our company's strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
  • Guide best practices in DevOps, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.
  • Review existing systems and processes, recommending improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of IT experience with a focus on solution architecture in the BFSI sector.
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or IT4IT.
  • 5+ years of experience in the BFSI industry.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level solution design and implementation.


Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
  • Experience with cloud computing, microservices, and API-led connectivity.
  • Familiarity with BFSI regulatory standards and compliance.
