Endur Developer

We are looking for an experienced Endur Developer to design, build, and support high-performance solutions for global energy and commodity trading workflows. You will work across Trade Capture, Risk, Scheduling, and Settlements, delivering scalable components using Endur JVS, Java, and SQL. This role involves end-to-end ownership across the SDLC and close collaboration with global business and IT teams to ensure reliable, production-ready solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance Endur components across the full SDLC.Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.Build and support workflows across Trade Capture, Risk, Scheduling, and Settlements.Develop high-performance JVS scripts, Java components, and optimized SQL queries.Prototype new capabilities and integrate third-party tools when required.Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application stability.Collaborate with global business and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in development and operations.Required Skills & Experience6–8 years of hands-on experience as an Endur Developer.Strong Endur JVS development expertise.Solid coding skills in Core Java and SQL (4+ years).Deep understanding of Energy/Commodity Trading and Risk Management domains.Strong knowledge of Endur database schema and query optimization.Experience with TPM, Connex, Grid Enabled Scripts, and Open Components scripting.Proven experience supporting complex trading application landscapes.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, and modern DevOps practices.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.Knowledge of performance tuning and memory management in Endur environments.Experience working in global, distributed Agile teams.
