Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Venture Capital Analyst at Eqclique. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, communicating with stakeholders, and making informed investment decisions.


  • Assist across all stages of deal execution from sourcing of new deals, preparation of investment memos and other due diligence, through to reporting existing successful exit opportunities to Limited Partners (LPs)
  • Identify and evaluate potential investments in innovative startups and new technologies
  • Use financial models and market research to assess the viability and growth potential of companies
  • Work with portfolio companies to help drive their success and identify new investment opportunities
  • Support the investment decisions of the firm through financial modeling and business development
  • Build relationships with entrepreneurs and other industry professionals



Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling
  • Experience in Finance and Investments
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of alternative investments is a plus
