✨ About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant who can act as the right hand to the Director. This role goes beyond routine support – you will play a strategic enabler’s role, ensuring the Director’s time is invested in growth, decision-making, and leadership.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel with complete ownership.
- Act as a filter and gatekeeper for communication – emails, calls, and internal coordination.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and data summaries for decision-making.
- Ensure follow-ups & accountability across teams for assigned tasks/projects.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Support in strategic planning, reviews, and execution monitoring.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Candidate with 5–10 years of Admin / EA / Senior Coordinator experience.
Strong command over English & MS Office / Google Workspace.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Professional presence with excellent communication skills.
