Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technology Lead: AI/ML & Gen-AI who is a real problem-solver, a team player, and someone who challenges the status quo with innovative thinking. This role is perfect for an experienced professional with 5-8 years of hands-on experience across multiple industries. You’ll not only lead and mentor junior AI Engineers and Data Scientists but also collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring the functional and business relevance of the work being done. This is NOT a people management role but a hands-on, highly impactful position that offers immense learning opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions across various industries.
  • Mentor and guide junior AI Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business goals.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo by introducing and applying innovative solutions.
  • Act as a consultant to clients, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable AI solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and leverage them to solve real-world problems.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, business-relevant solutions within specified timelines.


Qualification & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with exposure to multiple industries.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is essential.
  • Deep understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
  • Proficient in cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box.
  • Strong business acumen and functional understanding of the why behind the work.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in mentoring teams is a plus.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats — technical expert, consultant, and collaborator.
