Our flagship product, MSME Sales Booster, is a comprehensive CRM platform that includes modules for sales, production, inventory, HR, purchase, and service management. As we expand our application infrastructure, we seek a dedicated and experienced Tester and Debugger to ensure seamless functionality across our growing ecosystem.
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Tester and Debugger to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly testing our CRM modules, identifying bugs, and ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently. You will work closely with developers to maintain high-quality standards and deliver a flawless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Testing:
- Develop and execute test cases for all CRM modules, including but not limited to Sales, Production, Inventory, HR, Purchase, and Service.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for our web app, desktop app and also mobile app.
- Ensure compliance with user requirements and design specifications.
2.Debugging:
- Identify, document, and prioritise bugs in the CRM application.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Validate fixes and perform post-resolution testing.
3.Automation:
- Design and maintain automated testing scripts to improve test efficiency.
- Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
4.Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the development process.
5.Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to understand requirements and user pain points.
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to align testing efforts with development timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and TestRail.
- Experience with testing APIs and working with databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Basic understanding of the MERN stack and SaaS architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with MERN Stack both React and React Native
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript for test automation.
