What You'll Do:

  • Create Impactful Campaigns:

  • Lead with Passion:
  • Inspire and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals, from copywriters and beyond.

  • Build & Cultivate Relationships:
  • Forge strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring our creative output consistently supports and enhances their vision.

  • At least 3 plus years of experience in a creative role, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver award-winning, breakthrough work.
  • Expertise in online media, advertising, and the art of turning data into compelling creative strategies.
  • Skills & Strengths:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for translating complex ideas into engaging and persuasive narratives.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools (PPT, Google Slides, Keynote) and a strong understanding of creative software and design principles.
  • Personal Attributes:
