About the RoleWe're hiring a backend developer to work on a healthcare technology platform. You'll build and maintain APIs, design database schemas, optimize performance, and ship production-grade code.Requirements3–5 years of backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS/NextJS). Strong with data architecture, database - PostgreSQL, Redis, and Firebase. Comfortable deploying on GCP or AWS. You write clean, testable code and don't need hand-holding.Good to HaveExperience in healthcare/healthtech. Exposure to FHIR, HL7, or health data standards.Compensation₹1.5L/month. Contract basis with potential conversion based on performance and project scope.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build RESTful APIs and microservicesDevelop and optimize database schemas in PostgreSQLImplement caching layers using RedisIntegrate third-party services and Firebase for real-time featuresDeploy and manage infrastructure on GCP/AWSWrite clean, documented, testable codeParticipate in code reviews and technical planningDebug production issues and own system reliabilityQualifications3–5 years backend development experienceStrong proficiency in Node.js (Express, Fastify, or NestJS)Solid grasp of PostgreSQL, Redis, FirebaseExperience with GCP or AWS (compute, storage, networking basics)Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerizationAbility to work independently in async, remote setup
