Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that meet our high standards of quality and performance. Capable of converting UX design into HTML/Modern Web Technologies like Next js, React js, Vue Js.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development: Develop and Define architecture of the projects both client-side and server-side, ensuring seamless integration between the two. Develop projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create user-friendly and visually appealing applications.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software development.
  • Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and performance before sending to actual Quality Analysis or Quality Check.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve skills and productivity.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and back-end developers to implement user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using modern web technologies.
  • Content updating through CMS & Sitecore. (Sitecore is preferable).
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Maintain high coding standards and ensure the responsiveness of applications.
  • Work closely with the client’s development team to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to enhance UI development skills.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in full stack development.


Technical Skills:

  • Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks such as React, Next js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Server Side: Strong knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js.
  • Sound knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Java.
  • Databases: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • APIs: Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub/GitLab.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Experience:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Gulp/Grunt/Webpack.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role.
