Key Roles and Responsibilities


• Customization and Development: Customize and integrate ERPNext applications

to address the business needs, leveraging scripting and integration mechanisms.

• Technical Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into

technical solutions, ensuring alignment with ERPNext best practices.

• Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems and third-party applications as needed to streamline data flow and optimize business processes.

• Code Review: Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and

maintainability, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

• Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the stability and reliability of ERP solutions.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation, including code documentation, technical specifications, and deployment instructions.

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to internal teams,

diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay current with ERPNext updates and version

releases, ensuring smooth upgrades and ongoing system maintenance.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP implementations. Act as a subject matter expert on ERPNext functionality and best practices, offering guidance and recommendations.

• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERPNext advancements to suggest improvements and optimizations.


Skills & Qualification


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proven experience of 5+ years in ERPNext development and customization.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and the Frappe framework.

• Strong understanding of MariaDB/ MySQL databases and REST APIs.

• Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and Technologies.

• ERPNext Certification is preferred.
