Rotational Shift and Rotational off (Monday - Saturday)


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Implementer to join our team. As a Software Implementer, you will be responsible for learning and implementing retail-related software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business requirements, configure the software to meet their needs, and provide ongoing technical support.


Responsibilities:

  • Learn and gain expertise in our retail software’s, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, customer relationship management (CRM), and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for the software implementation.
  • Configure and customize the software to align with the client's specific needs, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Conduct software installations, system setup, and data migration as part of the implementation process.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the software and maximize its features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to communicate client feedback, identify bugs, and suggest improvements for the software.
  • Document software configurations, processes, and client interactions for reference and future implementations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in retail technology to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in software implementation, technical support, or a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Familiarity with retail software systems, including POS, inventory management, and CRM solutions.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
