  • Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strong professional attitude and time management skills.


Recommended Technical Knowledge:

  • AV Support, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune, JAMF), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, JIRA & Confluence, End User Support, and ITSM.
