We're seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead Product Engineer / Architect to lead the development and implementation of complex business processes using the Pega platform, specifically for the financial sector. As a key member of our team, you will design, implement, and integrate large and complex code bases, ensuring the highest quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.


Your Mission:


  • Lead the development and implementation of complex business processes using the Pega platform for the financial sector
  • Design, implement, and integrate large and complex code bases, including PRPC Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, and PRPC User Interface development
  • Implement Declarative Processing features and ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
  • Act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective, providing expertise and guidance to internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies
  • Ensure adherence to best Coding, Security, Unit testing, and Documentation standards and practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to internal teams as needed
  • Lead the implementation of Agile methodology and ensure effective use of Pega's capabilities
  • Communicate technical ideas and solutions to Senior and Executive management, presenting recommendations and proposals
  • Influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience


What We're Looking For:


  • 8-12 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
  • Pega Lead Product Engineer playing up to Architect/CSSA Certification is highly desirable
  • Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques
  • Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
  • System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC – Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features
  • Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory
  • Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications, and Business Functions
  • Knowledge on API and JSON to support integration
  • Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of microservices and Big Data architecture is a plus
  • Experience in Banking, Financial, and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management

  • Pega Lead Product Engineer playing up to Architect/CSSA Certification
  • Experience in software development with Java/JavaScript and understanding of microservices and Big Data architecture
  • Experience in banking, financial, and fintech in an enterprise environment
  • Experience in Agile methodology and Scrum
  • Experience in software development with Pega platform, specifically for financial sector
  • Experience in system design and implementation, integration services, and user interface development
