Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to lead our AIM Leaders Council, a prestigious platform for senior executives in the Data & AI industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and will be responsible for driving strategic engagement initiatives, fostering a vibrant community, and enhancing the council's value to its members.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement and participation. Come up with innovative ideas to drive engagement.
  • Drive the growth and expansion of the council by identifying and recruiting high-profile AI/Data Science leaders who align with our community's vision and values.
  • Innovative Ideas:
  • Be an ideas person, consistently coming up with innovative concepts to engage members. Ensure everyone in the council remains actively engaged and benefits from fresh, creative approaches to community interaction.
  • Track and ensure that all council members are continuously engaged. Develop innovative ideas to maximize participation, particularly focusing on less active members.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong, professional relationships with council members to ensure they have a seamless and enriching experience within the community.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs and facilitating meaningful interactions.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the team design and organize high-profile networking events, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Ensure successful execution of events that foster collaboration and professional growth.
  • Personal Brand Visibility:
  • Support council members in enhancing their personal brand visibility through various channels.
  • Promote the accomplishments and expertise of council members to elevate their professional profiles.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and analyze key growth metrics and engagement levels.
  • Report on progress and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the council's performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in community management, member engagement, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic engagement initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage professional relationships at a senior level.
  • Excellent organizational and event planning skills.
  • Experience in the AI & Data Science industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
