About the Role-

We are looking for a senior finance professional to lead and manage day-to-day finance operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership. This role requires excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in managing financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Oversee and manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, audits, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Utilize Zoho, Tally, and other ERP systems for financial management
  • Work extensively on MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring smooth workflow and process efficiency
  • Escalate financial concerns and discrepancies appropriately for timely resolution
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Candidate Profile-

  • Qualifications: B.Com + CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role
  • Strong accounting, auditing, and financial management expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and financial ERP systems (Zoho, Tally, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and drive results under tight deadlines
